Holiday Cottage Blakeney, North Norfolk
|
Our luxury holiday cottage in Blakeney Village is available for holidays.
It offers a modern, comfortable stay at a traditional flint and brick cottage.
After
complete
redecoration
and
the
addition
of
an
en-suite
to
the
master
bedroom our holiday cottage is now available for self-catering holiday accommodation. With
three
bedrooms for six people it is located in a quiet peaceful yard
less than 200 yards from Blakeney quayside.
Like Dr. Who's phone box the cottage, whilst cosy and comfortable, is larger
on the inside than most visitors imagined.
We deal with all enquiries and bookings personally and do not let through
agencies. Living in Blakeney we are able to meet you when you arrive and on
hand if needed.

Conveniently positioned between the White
Horse Hotel and the Blakeney Deli it is easy to pick up food
for a picnic or lunch at the deli. Alternatively pop in to
the White Horse or the Moorings cafe/restaurant for lunch,
dinner or just to quench your thirst. For the younger members
of your party, you can be crabbing or playing in the creek
in a couple of minutes as we are just 150m from the quay.
Known as Stable Cottage it was originally part of the Ship Inn.
Unsurprisingly part of the cottage formed the stables of the Ship
Inn. Parts of the cottage date back to at least the 17th Century but it
has been modernised in recent years and benefits from
oil-fired central heating, a wood burner and internet wi-fi.
Unusually for a cottage off the High Street, the cottage
benefits from both car parking and an outside seating area.
Blakeney is a beautiful village on the North Norfolk coastline
famed for its flint-faced cottages, sailing, crabbing and
boat trips to visit the seals at the world-famous Blakeney
Point which is managed by the National Trust. Within reach
of nationally important bird reserves at Blakeney point, Cley, Salthouse
and Titchwell. There are many enjoyable local walks such as along the coast to
Morston or Cley or inland to Wiveton Downs. Opportunities to lighten
your wallet or purse may be found in the beautiful
Georgian town of Holt just six miles away.
We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely cottage for a comfortable and
relaxing holiday enjoying both Blakeney and the local North Norfolk coast.
